Maybe the most beautiful sunrise of the year?

When I was walking the dog this morning, the sky behind the mountains was already a strong dark purple color. Instead of going home after the lap, I went to the same location as in the last entry. upon arrival it was already indicated.

I'm not only talking about the colors now, but also about an encounter with a white-tailed eagle that suddenly flew into the picture and lands on a tree in front of my camera. Pretty close and yet pretty far away in terms of focal length.

The white-tailed eagle sat there for a few minutes while the background changed color more and more.

Actually, I was captivated by the sight, but when a second one came along, the peace was disturbed and the white-tailed eagle flew away. Camera panned and lo and behold I'm standing in the middle of the most beautiful play of colors. After 30 seconds he would have fled anyway because car number 1 stopped. quickly took a picture with the mobile phone and continue...

The enthusiasm was great

One car just drove on and the second one stopped, get out of the car and take a picture before continuing. Luckily I had a late shift today so that I enjoyed almost 60 minutes at the end.

and then we went home. I think I have the photos of this place that I want. Just like car number 3 which stopped, again following the same pattern as the cars before. Photo taken, packed up and then we went home. On the way I saw one or the other car where the passenger held his cell phone in the windshield. What were they photographing?
